We provide a confidential one-to-one service for people with Mental Health and Autism Spectrum conditions. Our primary person centred programme is called "Making Connections"
This 18-month programme was developed with the aim of connecting fundamental beliefs about what people desire and practical ways of making things happen to achieve each person's own potential.
